Cacao and Macadamia Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are great to prepare at the start of the week and leave in the fridge as a convenient snack. They’re packed full of protein and healthy fats making it the perfect post workout fuel

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats 

1/2 cup macadamias

1 tablespoon chia seeds 

1 tablespoon cacao powder 

2 tablespoons maple syrup 

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 cup coconut flakes

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a food processer until everything is combined. 

Scoop out a spoonful of the mixture and roll up into medium sized balls. 

Place on a plate and refrigerate for an hour then enjoy!
