The perfect afternoon snack

Do you find your energy levels decrease around 3-4pm? Because same! During summer when the weather is warmer I’m always craving more fruit, especially mangos.

When I’m busy working an easy snack is something I need as it doesn’t require a lot of preparation or time. This snack only has two ingredients and is a match made in heaven.

Mango is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and it has been associated with many health benefits, including improved immunity and digestive health. I’ve always been a big fan of Coyo as it’s a great dairy free alternative and beneficial live cultures and probiotics.
